Chickadee Trail Challenge Submission Fee

If you've completed the Chickadee Trail Challenge, please send us an email with your dated and completed checklist to info@northwoodscenter.org, then complete this order form to recieve your patch and certificate! Use the additional names field to include others who completed the Challenge with you (pets count!). We will include their names on the certificate. If you want a seperate certificate and badge for each participant, please complete seperate order forms for each.
